Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competency
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hiring managers at Fortune 500 and local Nashville enterprises
- Implement creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in emerging tech hubs like The Gulch and SoBro
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnel efficiency
- Participate in industry networking events to expand Nashville's talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or corporate recruitment experience with staffing agency background
- Proven track record of filling 15+ roles/month across diverse industries
- Expert proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Deep knowledge of Nashville's job market and key industry players
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for client meetings
