Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
- Negotiating offers and building strong relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
