- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key industry partners
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Leverage ATS platforms to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting
- Mentor junior recruiters while fostering a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT/tech roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Strong understanding of Tampa's tech ecosystem and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
