Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct rigorous candidate screening and technical assessments to ensure cultural fit and competency alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Manage applicant tracking systems and optimize recruitment workflows for maximum efficiency
- Nurture long-term talent pipelines through proactive relationship building with passive candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements to hiring outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in the San Francisco Bay Area tech sector
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent using Boolean search and Boolean operators
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and technical stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
