In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, acting as a strategic partner to our hiring managers while building a robust talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to identify passive candidates for IT, Engineering, and Data roles.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews.
- Manage and maintain a high-volume pipeline of active and passive candidates within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate offers, coordinate background checks, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency work.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Deep understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends.
- Strong knowledge of the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
