Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle talent acquisition with measurable results
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong understanding of Arizona labor regulations and EEO guidelines
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
