Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles across technology and healthcare industries
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and industry events
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting
- Negotiate competitive offers and manage offer acceptance rates above industry benchmarks
- Drive client satisfaction through regular consultative communication and market trend analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with emphasis on technical or healthcare roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio)
- Expertise in leveraging ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever preferred)
- Strong network of passive candidates and industry connections in Washington market
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
