Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using cutting-edge ATS platforms
- Conduct in-depth screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Represent our agency at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of proven recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Strong knowledge of Columbus's talent landscape and local industries
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
