Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through transparent communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (placements, billings, retention)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and CRM tools
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia's talent market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for client meetings (as needed)
