Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through advanced recruitment channels
- Manage full-cycle staffing for 15+ key client accounts
- Develop strategic partnerships with Milwaukee-area businesses
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and performance metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Facilitate candidate onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with proven success metrics
- Expertise in healthcare, IT, or industrial staffing preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong Milwaukee professional network with 500+ connections
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with 0% error rate
