Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in New Orleans metro area
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, and onboarding
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and client acquisition
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record meeting sales/placement targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans job market
