Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Placement Management: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of salary trends and market conditions in the Raleigh Triangle area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Taleo, or Greenhouse.
- Drive: High level of motivation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
