As a key member of our agency, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to fill urgent vacancies for our clients.
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards).
- Conducting in-depth phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and external candidates.
- Managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
