Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for high-demand roles across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients and emerging startups
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to interviews to offers
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates
- Present compelling job opportunities to passive candidates with personalized outreach
- Track metrics in ATS systems and optimize recruitment funnels weekly
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with tech/finance focus
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (time-to-fill, placement volume)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
