Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments across IT, healthcare, and industrial sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal opportunities
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active talent through strategic networking
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across all levels
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting
- Strong understanding of New Orleans' job market and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with multiple concurrent assignments
- Relevant degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CPHR) preferred
