Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in Nashville
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly KPIs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Nashville job market
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- ATS proficiency with data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
