Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital outreach
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver customized solutions
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems to optimize recruitment workflows and data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with sales teams to align recruitment strategies with market demands

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill roles across technical, clinical, and executive positions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social recruiting
- Strong understanding of Minneapolis talent market dynamics and industry regulations
- Track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in candidate conversion and client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
