Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to track candidates and metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical or healthcare professionals
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing methodologies
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple urgent hiring needs
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
