Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure optimal candidate-job matching
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Track recruitment metrics and report weekly on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with team to develop innovative recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee job market and local industries
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Professional Recruiter (CPC/SPHR) certification preferred
