Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in light industrial, administrative, and technical roles
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake interviews, client consultations, and offer negotiations
- Develop deep expertise in Milwaukee's talent market and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed monthly placement targets
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools for data-driven decisions
- Drive client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding KPIs in a sales-driven environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
