Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across Miami's booming tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Downtown Miami and Brickell
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to offer negotiations
- Utilize ATS systems and innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches)
- Conduct in-person candidate interviews at our modern Brickell office
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies for high-demand roles
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex executive placements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience in South Florida market
- Proven track record of 20+ placements quarterly in competitive niches
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
- Strong Miami professional network with connections to local talent pools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Valid Florida driver's license for client/candidate meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
