Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop deep client relationships through weekly check-ins and market insights
- Leverage our ATS to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent our agency at 3+ industry events monthly to expand network reach
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with proven placement success
- Expertise in Miami's talent market and industry-specific hiring trends
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (50+ placements annually)
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
