Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and manage pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with EEO and recruitment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement goals
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Indianapolis market knowledge preferred
