Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in urgent staffing positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using our advanced ATS and CRM systems
- Conduct high-volume phone and virtual interviews with exceptional conversion rates
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and placement success metrics
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at industry events and job fairs in the Indianapolis area
- Maintain 100% compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually in technical or professional roles
- Expert knowledge of Indianapolis' talent landscape and key employer networks
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with demonstrated placement success metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Indiana staffing recruiter certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
