Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs in Denver metro area
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical/non-technical roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with agency or corporate background
- Proven success placing candidates in Denver's competitive market
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation a plus
- Ability to prioritize high-volume urgent hiring requests
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven recruitment decisions
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional client meetings
