Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and hiring managers
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Drive candidate engagement through personalized communication and onboarding support
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong knowledge of Ohio's talent market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
