- Utilize ATS platforms and social media to identify passive candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess cultural fit
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in candidate placement
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Illinois driver's license for client meetings
