Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced recruitment strategies and job boards
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions across diverse sectors
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows

Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
