Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in Cleveland metropolitan area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and reporting metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling technical/healthcare roles in Cleveland market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and industry networks
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for competitive offers
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment with high-volume requisitions
