Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for high-demand roles
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from interviews to offer negotiations
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving hiring needs
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for targeted outreach
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong Tampa Bay professional network
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume roles in competitive markets
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field
