Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client assignments
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs

- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Proven success in high-volume, time-sensitive hiring
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
