Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in high-demand roles across Miami's tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ local businesses to fulfill urgent staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer negotiation, ensuring 95% client satisfaction
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track KPIs and optimize recruitment workflows
- Execute targeted talent acquisition campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billings targets
- Represent our agency at Miami industry events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with proven track record in Miami market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation skills with $500K+ annual contract value placement experience
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring cycles with 24-hour turnaround requirements
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Spanish fluency required for Miami's diverse business landscape
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
