Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to onboarding and follow-up
- Conduct candidate interviews, skill assessments, and background verifications
- Exceed quarterly KPIs including placements, billings, and client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to build robust candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales or placement targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
