Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across tech and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for pipeline management
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record in tech or healthcare talent acquisition
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- ATS proficiency (Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn preferred)
