Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage passive job seekers in the LA market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and competitive landscape.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local client meetings.
