Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume placements ($1M+ revenue)
- Expertise with Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn ATS
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
