Responsibilities
- Urgently source and screen qualified candidates for high-priority client openings within 24-48 hours
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates across multiple industries
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer to onboarding with precision
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in candidate engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of urgent placements with 90%+ fill rates
- Expertise in Boolean search and candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Strong negotiation skills for closing offers under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment with uncapped earnings
