Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings and reference checks.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Market open positions and promote the agency's brand to potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the Washington DC local market and industries is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
