Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business relationships with local companies in Raleigh to fulfill their staffing needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates to match specific job requirements.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of placements, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for both clients and candidates.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in Raleigh to advise clients on salary benchmarks and labor market conditions.
- Consultative Approach: Provide expert career advice and negotiation support to candidates seeking temporary or permanent roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
