Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various open positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future needs.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and timely feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
