Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for mid-to-senior tech roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ key clients in Dallas metro area
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct technical phone screens and coordinate interview logistics
- Maintain 95%+ candidate placement satisfaction metrics
- Drive diversity initiatives in technical talent acquisition
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record placing software engineers/data professionals
- Expert knowledge of Dallas tech market and talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Technical understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, etc.)
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions (15-20 open roles)
