Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client needs across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced recruiting technologies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Develop strategic partnerships with San Diego's top employers and HR leaders
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for clients and candidates
- Exceed monthly KPIs through proactive sourcing and relationship management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong knowledge of San Diego's job market and industry trends
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
