Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place high-caliber candidates across IT, Finance, and Healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from intake to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop strategic client partnerships through consultative sales approaches
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) for data-driven decision making
- Maintain 95% fill rate for urgent client requisitions
- Drive recruitment innovation through market trend analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume technical recruitment/staffing
- Proven track record placing candidates in Dallas-Fort Worth market
- Expert knowledge of IT/Finance/Healthcare talent landscapes
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ATS and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
