Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for high-demand roles in IT, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic networking
- Conduct client consultations to define staffing needs and develop customized recruitment solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to candidate placement
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment workflows
- Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
