Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in volume hiring
- Expertise in technical recruiting, healthcare staffing, or executive search
- Advanced knowledge of Chicago's talent market and industry trends
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
