Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, logistics)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure perfect candidate-client matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisitions to offer negotiations
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficiency
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing 20+ candidates/month
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate evaluation
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network of passive candidates in Southern California
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification preferred
