Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for specialized technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screening interviews and evaluate candidate skills against project requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Provide weekly recruitment analytics and progress reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in contract staffing
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques for hard-to-find tech talent
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong technical aptitude to understand complex role requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, urgent hiring timelines
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) preferred
