Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms
- Analyze market trends to inform talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate pipeline and reporting metrics
- Represent our agency at local networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CSCP certification a plus
