- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for AI/ML, Cloud, and DevOps roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche communities
- Lead stakeholder management with hiring teams across 15+ tech companies
- Analyze market trends to optimize compensation packages and candidate experience
- Mentor junior recruiters and refine ATS workflows for 50+ placements quarterly
- Present market intelligence reports to clients and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or fintech focus
- Expertise in Boolean search, candidate mapping, and pipeline management
- Proven track record placing senior engineers at hyper-growth startups
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse/Lever) and data-driven recruitment analytics
- Strong negotiation skills with 90% offer acceptance rate
- CSA/SPHR certification preferred
- Portfolio of 50+ technical placements in the past 24 months
