Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles simultaneously
- Conduct technical screening calls with engineers and developers
- Collaborate with clients to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Maintain ATS compliance and candidate relationship management
- Present qualified shortlists to hiring managers with detailed market insights
- Drive recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and offer acceptance
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with Bay Area tech companies
- Expert knowledge of developer tools (GitHub, Stack Overflow, GitLab)
- Proven track record placing AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity talent
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field preferred
